Your course access

When you enrol, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your own learning. Your account and login details are for one learner only.

Sharing your account with another person is not permitted. This includes giving your password to someone else, allowing another person to sign in as you, or using one account for a group. Accounts that are shared may have their access suspended.

Course materials and intellectual property

All course videos, workbooks, checklists, guides and other materials remain the intellectual property of Nexaura Academy. Enrolling gives you permission to use them for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of them to you.

You may not download, copy, record, screen capture, re-upload, publish, resell or otherwise redistribute any part of the course without our written permission.

Acceptable use

To keep the platform safe and fair for every learner, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass access controls, or give access to people who are not enrolled.
• Scrape, harvest or automatically collect course content or platform data.
• Disrupt, overload or interfere with the website, its security or other learners.
• Use the course or the platform for unlawful purposes, or to abuse other users or our team.

Course updates and availability

Course content may be updated, improved or reorganised over time so that it stays useful, clear and accurate. Lessons may be added, rewritten or replaced as the material develops.

Access remains available for as long as the course is offered. If we ever need to retire a course, we will give enrolled students reasonable notice so that they have time to complete their learning.

Learning outcomes and responsibility

This course provides education and practical guidance. It does not guarantee income, profit, sales, business success or any particular personal result. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort and experience, your market, your timing and the decisions you make.

You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on information in the course. Where a decision is significant, for example a financial, tax or legal decision, please seek independent professional advice.

Suspension of access

We may suspend or withdraw access where there is serious misuse. This includes sharing an account, redistributing course materials, attempting to bypass access controls, or other activity prohibited by these terms.

Payments and refunds

Enrolment is not open yet. When it opens, payments will be handled by an independent payment provider at checkout, under that provider terms as well as these terms. Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these terms as the course and the platform develop. The last updated date shown at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect.
